When I started @vitaminseacayman years ago I had a vision of sharing my passion for paddling, the ocean and fitness with anyone who would listen. I had so much self doubt as to if it would actually work...if people would actually pick up what I was putting down. To witness the growth of the business and to see the joy and new skills that my classes have brought to so many people is beyond my wildest dreams.
